Up-to-100% DOK Return Program

To ensure full transparency and security to DOK holders, Nirvana provides a guaranteed DOK buyback program with up to 100% of the original payment.

Scenario 1: Nirvana is unable to have a Token Generation Event (TGE) within 1 year of the DOK launch date.In this scenario, all DOK holders are able to enjoy immediate USDT/USDC buyback at 90% of the actual payment amount.

Scenario 2: Nirvana has a Token Generation Event (TGE) within 1 year of the DOK launch dateIn this case, buyback will be open 6 months after TGE. Within the 7 days after 6 month milestone of TGE, all DOK holders who have not claimed any $NIRA token rewards are eligible for a refund. Holders can choose either one of the following options to receive their refunds.

1. Option 1: 100% value buyback with $NIRA token. The amount of $NIRA tokens will be determined by the full USDT/USDC amount paid for the key demoninated by the price of $NIRA at the time of refund submitted. After the refund is submitted, DOK holders will receive the $NIRA tokens in a 30-day linear vesting format.

2. Option 2: 90% immediate refund of the actual amount paid in USDT/USDC. Refunds will be released immediately.

Within the time period when refund is possible to DOK holders, all the funds from DOK sales will be saved in reputable, top-tier third party custody wallets. On a monthly basis, Nirvana will provide certified third-party proof of fund documents to the community to ensure full repayment ability at all times.
